Mr. William Ander Blue, died Thursday, July 8, 2010 in The Golden Living Center of Hendersonville, NC at the age of 72.

Survivors include two sons: William Terry Blue of Lumber Bridge and Donald Ray Blue of Carney, OK; three daughters: Sharon Hughes and Teresa Lynn Blue of Lumber Bridge, and Brenda Lee Blue of Maxton; one brother, Billy Ray Blue of Imlay City, MI; three sisters: Frances Lowery of Lumber Bridge, Betty Locklear of Parkton, and Christine Blue of Red Springs; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services were held on Sunday, July 11, 2010 at Crumpler Funeral Home Chapel in Red Springs with Reverend Ricky Burnette and Reverend John Burnette officiated. Burial will be in the Blue Family Cemetery.
