A suspect in the Hayes Convenience Store armed robbery faces additional charges, according to the Red Springs Police Department.

Richard Allen Stubbs IV, 22, of 408 East Sixth Ave., was arrested June 26 and charged with child neglect and abuse, according to a report filed by Detective Travis Semple.

Stubbs was jailed, and his bail was set at $100,000.

Melinda Sue Bullard, 31, of Apartment 1A Westgate Terrace, was arrested June 26. She faces marijuana possession charges and a charge of maintaining a dwelling place for the manufacture of drugs. Patrolman Sarah Purcell, 15 marijuana plants were found at Bullard’s apartment. Bullard’s secured bond was set at $5,000.

Christine Goodwin, 49, of 208 Malpass Ave., was arrested June 27. She was charged with fraudulent burning of a dwelling, insurance fraud and attempting to obtain money or property by false pretense. Her bail was set at $10,000.

Christopher Allen, 16, of 703 West Third Ave., was arrested June 27 on a charge of injury to real property.

Terry Quinton Oxendine, 17, of 40 Middle Street, was charged with domestic violence on June 28, according to a report filed by Patrolman Charles McMillian.

Tina Marie Demery, 22, of 40 Middle Street, was charged with trespassing on June 28, according to a report by Sgt. Ruben Maisonet-Mejia.
