Red Springs’ Teen Outreach Program held its end-of-the-year awards event in the Community Building. TOP leaders are Shahnee Haire, coordinator, and Priscilla Locklear, facilitator. Helping teens learn about leadership, self-esteem and behavior are among the purposes of the TOP program.
