The following reports were filed by the Red Springs Police Department:

James Edward Williams, 40, 108 Dallas Ave., was arrested July 22 at 515 W. Fourth Ave. He was charged with burglary, possession of burglary tools and attempted larceny. He was jailed under a $5,000 secured bond.

Herbert Lewis Leach, 49, of 12 C Westgate Terrace, was arrested July 22 at 515 W. Fourth Ave. He was charged with burglary, possession of burglary tools and attempted larceny. He was jailed under a $5,000 secured bond.

Allyn Lamont Adkins, 18, of 10752 Shannon Road, Shannon, was arrested July 23 and charged with shoplifting. He was released under a $500 unsecured bond.

Patrick Council, 45, of 441 Daniel McLeod Road, was arrested July 25 and charged with injury to personal property. A warrant for his arrest had been issued on May 26. Council came to the police department to have the warrant served on him.

Jesse Leija, 36, of 287 Folly Drive, was arrested July 24 and charged with traffic violations. A secured bond of $500 was set for Leija.

Christy Ray, 33, of 20 C Westgate Terrace, was arrested July 25 and jailed under a $1,500 secured bond. A warrant, charging her with injury to personal property and communicating threats, was issued on March 22.

Rayshawn Vincent of Ward, 35, was arrested July 27 and charged with assault by strangulation. Ward was released without bond, and a Sept. 28 court date was set.

Frederick McBryde, 30, of 106 Grantham St., was arrested July 29 for larceny. A warrant for his arrest had been issued July 21. He was released on a written promise to appear in court.

James McKinnon, 44, of 141 Johnson St., was arrested at the Robeson County Jail and charged with larceny. A secured bond of $1,000 was set for McKinnon. He was given the court date of Sept. 13.

Elizabeth Williams, 57, of 406 E. Eighth Ave., was arrested August 3 on drug violations, including possession of equipment and paraphernalia. The warrant for her arrest had been issued Nov. 22, 2010. Williams was jailed under a $500 secured bond.

Kevin Jermiah Black, 32, of 109 Dallas Ave., surrendered to police on Aug. 2. He was charged with assault with a deadly weapon and other violations. He was jailed under a $50,000 secured bond.

Richard Allen Stubbs IV, 21, of 713 W. Second Ave., was arrested Aug. 7 and charged with simple possession of marijuana. He was jailed under a $500 secured bond.

Jason Oxendine, 27, of 3041/2 Saratofa St., was arrested Aug. 6. He was jailed under a $1,800 secured bond. He was charged with driving with a revoked license.

Brian Roshaun Johnson, 23, of 306 Cross St., was arrested Aug. 7 and charged with breaking and entering and larceny. Warrants for his arrest had been issued on July 5. He was released under a $5,000 unsecured bond.
